Adult Gymnastics  
Adult Gymnastics at TRIumph is a self-directed open gym desgined for anyone who wants to learn, re-learn, or just enjoy gymnastics. While it is an open gym format, staff will be on hand to help or answer questions/give drills to assist you in the skills you are working on. This is an incredibly supportive atmosphere comrpised of adult gymnasts (16+) at all levels. Adult gym is available as either a drop-in charge or you can enroll.
Class Schedule    
Adult Open Gym - 1 hour 25 minutes - $20/visit or $80/month for unlimited visits 
Tuesday - 8pm-9:25pm 
Thursday - 8pm-9:25pm
